Meet the Founder
Busayo A. Emuze, Esq. is a Nigerian-American attorney. “My overall goal, through Refine Your Faith, is to plant seeds that are catalysts for transformation. I want to share words that I know carry the weight of the Holy Spirit with them along with His transformative power. I want people to seek God in a deeper way for themselves. I want people to not just call themselves Christians but have a deep relationship with God that anchors their life and every big and small decision in between. I want there to be evident change – in lifestyle, in habits, in beliefs, in seek. I want more people to see how absent God is from the things they idolize and praise (even though it appears He is in it). I want people to recognize forms of Godliness and pursue true Godliness. I want people to be led to extremely personal repentance. I want pride to be destroyed in the hearts of people and for people to seek humility. Finally, and overall, I want to see a world where this version of people are the ones who show up to the jobs we know; who create; who lead (now having the right principles); who shape the world.”

Refine Your Faith the Foundation
Founded in 2024, Refine Your Faith is a Christian faith-based organization created with the mission to plant seeds that are catalysts for transformation. What began as website containing a collection of messages of encouragement has evolved into a foundation that reaches into the community to create real impact. While still reaching nation-wide, Refine Your Faith is currently expanding to create programming that reaches individuals through the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia region.
Refine means “to remove impurities or unwanted elements from;” and to “improve by making small changes, in particular make (an idea, theory, or method) more subtle and accurate.” Refinement is about accuracy. We are all living, breathing words from God. He uses the ordinary things of life - relationships, desires, goals, conflict, thoughts, etc., - to stretch our faith and make us match the original word He spoke concerning us. Through relationship, He refines us.
Refine Your Faith welcomes everyone. There are men and women of various ages, backgrounds, and walks of life connected to this work. We are unlearning and rebuilding together.
